Founded in 1985, this is one of Seoul's revered "big three" Pyongyang naengmyeon institutions. It closed briefly due to redevelopment and reopened in Nagwon-dong in 2024. The signature is a crystal-clear beef-and-pork broth paired with fine, springy buckwheat noodles; the pork pyeonyuk is a favorite too.
