About

Founded in 1953, this four-generation Hamheung naengmyeon institution is the oldest and most popular on Ojangdong's cold-noodle alley, with lines out the door. The signature is hoe-bibim-naengmyeon topped with seasoned skate sashimi; the springy sweet-potato-starch noodles pair beautifully with the sweet-spicy sauce. The mild onmyeon and mul-naengmyeon are loved too, and it's designated a Seoul Future Heritage site.
